There is one full-time permanent post.
The postholder will be responsible for the operational management of Open Spaces and Streetscene services to include the use, maintenance and cleanliness of Belfast City Council’s streets, entries, parks and open spaces ensuring that service delivery targets are fully met, financial targets are achieved and that the service is developed to its full potential.
The postholder will also be responsible for the overall day-to day management of the Open Spaces and Streetscene operations and associated operations in accordance with the principles of performance management and the council’s policies concerning a quality approach so as to ensure that customer excellence is attained and that the required quality of services are maintained at all times.
